Will never use this storage company looked them up online and they didn't post any hours so I figured I'll call and maybe they would have hours in a voicemail. The lady answered very rudely and I proceeded to ask if they had any units available. She laughed and said are you frigin kidding me your calling me at 2 am to ask me if we have storage units. I said its not 2 am but yes she replied what time is. I said its midnight. She laughed again and said no we don't have any storage units available. Are you kidding me how rude of you. Good luck with your buissness when ur telephone people suck at communication.
This storage facility offers multiple sized units, there is a camera on the facilities 24/7, and the property is surrounded by a lockable fence. The storage units are located on a side road in a safe neighborhood. Each person supplies their own lock and key for their unit(s). The units are not climate controlled but the monthly rates are reasonable.The only odd thing was that there was no contract to sign before moving belongings into the units. The staff does not always answer the phones but they do return calls. Overall this is a good, small and local business that I would recommend.
